Agreement
By installing or using Fia, you agree to these terms. Fia is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. These terms add to those, and the SideSwipe Labs umbrella terms apply too. Where they conflict, these terms govern your use of Fia.
1. Your logs stay yours
You own what you log in Fia: periods, moods, journal entries, and sessions. We claim no rights over that record. It stays on your iPhone or iPad, and in your own iCloud only if you turn sync on. We do not read it.
2. Not medical care
Fia is a wellness app. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it is not a medical device. Predictions are a range. A fertile-window estimate is not birth control. Food and traditional practices, including Ayurveda, are labeled as tradition and are not medical advice. Training notes cite published sources, including NICE and Cochrane. Those citations are reading, not a certification. Talk with a clinician about symptoms, pregnancy, and the weeks after birth.
3. Fia Plus
Cycle tracking, your cycle record and a summary you can share with a clinician, weeks 1 to 4, Today, short sessions and four guided breathing exercises, all 40 recipes, the journal, one kegel routine and one workout you build, sharing with up to five people, export of your own logs, Discreet Mode, and the app lock stay free. Fia Plus adds weeks 5 to 12, 10 of the 12 workouts, the pranayama sessions, the advanced and traditional programs, more routines you build, and your trends past this week and by phase.
There is no free trial and no introductory offer. Fia does not use one worldwide price. Each country has its own price, and the App Store shows it on the purchase sheet before you confirm.
- Monthly: billed every month until you cancel, at the price shown for your country.
- Yearly: billed every year until you cancel, at the price shown for your country.
- Lifetime: one payment, at the price shown for your country, and it does not renew.
Monthly and Yearly renew automatically at the then-current price for your country unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. Manage or cancel in Settings, Apple Account, Subscriptions. Family Sharing is included on all three plans. Restore Purchases is on the Fia Plus sheet. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Your copy of the data
Fia keeps your logs on your iPhone or iPad. iCloud sync is optional and off until you turn it on. You are responsible for exporting a copy if you want one before you delete the app or turn backup off. Privacy → Export my data writes a file on your device.
5. Partner sharing
Partner sharing is for adults, and only between people who choose it: each person joins with a one-time link you send, which lets in the first Apple Account that opens it. Send it only to the person you mean. You choose what each person sees. You can pause or stop sharing, or leave someone’s sharing, at any time, and stopping or leaving removes what that person sent from your device. What you and they send goes from one person’s iCloud to another’s and never reaches SideSwipe Labs, so we can’t read, keep, or remove it.
Don’t use partner sharing to harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone, or to send sexual, hateful, or unlawful content. To report something someone sent, use Report in that person’s sharing settings in Fia, or email fia@sideswipelabs.com.
6. Acceptable use
- Use Fia for yourself, or for someone whose phone you are allowed to use.
- Do not use partner sharing to harass, threaten, or send unwanted content to anyone.
- Do not reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
- Do not use Fia to break the law.
